Gregory started driving tow trucks back in the eighties for his grandfather. In 1995, his father, Loyd Fletcher, purchased Lucas Wrecker and Greg quickly became the primary driver of the business. Now, having purchased the business from his own father, Gregory continually strives to improve Lucas Wrecker. He prides himself on his professionalism and educates himself on the newest and safest techniques in towing and recovery.

Kristen Fletcher
Web Design/Driver
Kristen, a former Latin teacher and archaeologist, married Greg in 2010. She works at the office in between teaching at Ivy Tech Columbus and working at the local hospital. Since 2010, she has helped incorporate more technology into the business and has initiated mobile credit and debit card payments, through the use of Square.

Sandra Fletcher
Receptionist/Dispatcher
Sandy, Gregory’s mother, spends most of her days helping her son at the office. She has been the company dispatcher since 1995. She also devotes a large part of her free time to volunteering for Mercy Rescue.
